Our Multi-Messenger Automated Voice Messaging system is an automated dialer system that requires no human interaction. Our Voice Messaging systems differ in benefits and features from our Agent Powered Predictive Dialer systems which are Agent driven with live human interaction for Call Centers and Telemarketing functions.

Some people are confused with the difference between the two different systems. The easiest way to remember the difference between Auto and Predictive Dialer systems is simple. Our Multi-Messenger Voice Messagings deliver pre-recorded messages to both live answers as well as answering machines. Power Predictive Dialer systems require Live Agents that deliver these messages with a live presentation and dialog to include database integration.

Agent Power Predictive Dialers




Our Agent Station Dialer Systems give you full control to adjust your call ratios at any given time. During the day when many people are at work you will receive a high number of answering machines and voicemail boxes.

Our Agent Systems allow you to deliver (2) separate Pre-recorded answering machine/voicemail messages when an agent detects an answering device.

If you are operating on a 3 to 1 ratio delivering answering machine/voicemail messages you can reduce your dropped call ratio immensely by delivering messages to these devices, or you can simply reduce your dialing ration from 3 to 1 down to 2 to 1 or 1 to 1 ratios by simply clicking on the number of lines you are using.

Automated Call Center



This system will call between 600 and 1,000 numbers per line per day, delivering pre-recorded messages. It has a variety of functions including live call transfer and inbound services running up to 10,000 voicemail boxes with and automated attendant.
