Once your new system arrives you simply register via the Internet at our Online Apache Technical Support Website and enter all your company contact information. Once you have registered, you then simply create Job Tickets for any Training or Technical Support you may require at any time. Your Technical Support history is kept on file which allows our Support Technicians to view all previous correspondence to date to better assist you with all your requirements. Our Support Technicians have the ability to connect remotely to your system to assist with all your needs and requirements.

Hours Of Operation



Customer Support hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Eastern time. We have 3 locations to better serve your requirements.

Full Service Program



Full support includes installation, setup, training, free upgrades, and administrative support of all of our auto and predictive dialer systems. Also included is lifetime marketing support. This value added program proves to be extremely beneficial for those who have no past experience with the operation or marketing with a voice messaging system. We travel to your location to complete setup, installation , and training for you and your associates. Upon completion with this program you are fully functional and up and running the same day without having to study the manual and train your personnel.

As a note, Customer Support representatives will provide remote connection support when neccessary to better assist you. This will eliminate lengthy phone sessions in the event you should experience a problem.  We realize your time is valuable and that is why we provide you with customer Support second to none. These practices provide our customers with the best service possible.  We welcome any feedback that you feel will provide you with better support.
